Yes there is a difference in buying a home and buying a house. A person buys a home because he or she plans to live in it and spend the rest of his or her life in it. Once one has decided to buy a home and knows the type of house they are looking for they should tell the real estate agent what they are looking for so that the agent will only show them the houses that suit them and time will not be wasted. Buying a home with no money down is not as simple as it sounds and be careful when such offers are made.
